A two-day teaching on Introduction to Buddhism and empowerment was held at Palrabling Tibetan settlement in Dobhi near Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The teaching was organised by the Kullu Palrabling settlement office in collaboration with Kangyur Tengyur committee.
