His Holiness the Dalai Lama Departs for Delhi and Bodh Gaya

This morning, on 19 December, His Holiness the Dalai Lama departed for Kangra airport at around 10:30 am from his residence in Thekchen Choling. He was greeted by Tibetan devotees on the way to the airport.

As per his schedule, His Holiness is first visiting Gurgaon Salwan Education Trust, a school near Delhi, on 21 December, which he had previously visited in 2017.

From 29-31 December, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will give a three-day teaching on Nagarjuna’s “Commentary on Bodhichitta” at the Kalachakra Teaching Ground in Bodhgaya, Bihar.

On 1 January, 2023 His Holiness will attend a Long Life Prayer offered to him by the Geluk Tibetan Buddhist Tradition at the Kalachakra Teaching Ground.
